This page explains what we collect while the Alienage collection is coming soon.

Early-access signups

When you join, we save your email address, consent and signup time. If you choose to share them, we also save your preferred garment, usual size and interest in future community activities. Garment and size preferences are optional.

What we use them for

We use your signup to send Alienage launch and release updates, plan the collection and contact you about community opportunities if you opted in. Joining does not reserve stock or commit you to a purchase.

Contact messages

We store the email address, topic, message and submission time you provide so our team can respond. Please avoid including sensitive information in a message.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in our website database on the Sites hosting service. Our team can access them, and signup and message notifications are sent to our current Gmail inbox. These services may process data outside Australia. We do not publish your details, sell them or share them with advertising networks.

Collection interest

We count garment-page visits and notification-button clicks in daily totals to understand what people are interested in. These counts are not connected to your signup email. We do not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. A temporary browser session flag prevents repeat counting within that session.

Keeping forms usable

We temporarily process a hashed network identifier to limit spam and repeated requests. These short-lived records expire and are removed during subsequent form activity. We do not store your raw IP address in our signup database.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or remove your information, or stop email updates, through our contact form by choosing “Privacy / remove my signup”. You can also reply to an email from us. We keep signup details until you opt out or they are no longer needed for these purposes.
